The scenery was breathtaking. Water was crystal clear. We went on a lull period so it was very peaceful and quiet. We took a didi to lige peninsula but couldn’t get a didi back. Nobody picks up our booking. Luckily the original didi driver gave us his number but he charges cny80 to take you back to daluoshui village. It was only cny17 to get there. Better to pay him to wait for you at the lige peninsula viewing platform for cny50

This is a steal for 40 yuan, beautiful palace , far exceeding my expectations, expect 1 to 1.5 hours here , it is pretty big

Love walking around the old town of Lijiang. Even though there were many people, it didn’t feel crowded at all. The houses, shops and streets are so pretty.

Yulong Snow Mountain was such a special experience for me. 🏔️🤍 I’ve seen so many photos of this place before, but seeing the snow-covered mountains with my own eyes felt completely different.The cold and the altitude definitely made it a little challenging 😂 but I kept looking around and thinking how beautiful everything was. The mountains, the clouds, and the whole atmosphere were just unforgettable.Really happy I got to experience this in person. Definitely one of the highlights of my Yunnan trip. ✨

If you’re heading to Lijiang, don’t skip Shu He Ancient Town! It’s a hidden gem just 4km from the main city and way more peaceful than the crowded Lijiang Old Town. The cobbled streets, flowing streams, and traditional Naxi-style homes create such a relaxing vibe.I loved how you could stroll around without rushing — every corner had something charming, whether it was a quiet teahouse, local crafts, or red lanterns swaying in the breeze. It’s also rich in history, once a key stop along the Ancient Tea Horse Road. You can still feel that timeless atmosphere in the air.

It was great choice. Return bus shuttle ride lijiang ancient town to jade dragon snow mountain ticketing office. Plus we get single ride sight seeing train which we really enjoyed! Hui helped us with purchasing the Yun shan ping cable car tickets at the ticketing office counter as we tried to purchase it online but was sold out. Thanks Hui and her good service!
