I can’t even begin to describe how amazing our time was at this gorgeous resort. We chose to do a helicopter transfer & highly reccomend that mode of transport if you can! The view flying in was out of this world! Liti was there to greet us and made our trip so special throughout the whole time. We actually got engaged within the first couple of hours of being on the island and the staff went above and beyond to make it special for us, with Liti even organising someone to come and play guitar for us in our bure just after it happened. The staff really make you feel like family; it’s so nice walking through any part of the property and getting greeted by name! We did the full meal plan option & it was the best decision! The food is OUTSTANDING. The chef, Tom, curates such great menus for each meal - we couldn’t wait to see what would be next! We did the teppanyaki dinner one night which i highly recommended as Mopsie the chef is very talented and makes the night so much fun! We also had an oceanfront dinner the night of our engagement which was such a beautiful setting. We were also lucky enough to meet the owner & another member of the management team who were so lovely & personable, you can see why the resort thrives! I cannot fault anything!!!! If you are on the fence about booking, just do it - you won’t regret it!!! Tokoriki will always be a special place for us & we can’t wait for our next visit!

From the moment you arrive, until the sad moment you leave, you are treated like a VIP. The experience was fantastic and every single staff member was like a long lost friend, so warm and friendly and no problem too challenging. The only slight oddity is that there is no WiFi in any of the chalets, but there is WiFi available in the main lobby/bar. Food was great, and they are very accommodating if you want to change anything. Next time I probably wouldn’t do full board as I’m not sure I needed lunch every day after such great breakfasts! Definitely make sure you do the island picnic, it’s amazing. Also the Teppanyaki evening was really enjoyable. Be aware in early August the main pool was really chilly and for me only usable for a quick dip rather than somewhere to relax. The chalet pool was too cold to use at all. Appreciate it is winter time but it surprised me as air temps were still very high twenties. This didn’t detract at all from the experience and only commenting so others can get a reference point based on time of year. If you can time it right, try to make sure you get a helicopter transfer rather than the boat, so enjoyable seeing the truly amazing scenery of islands, beaches, and reefs from the air! Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely return.

If you are looking for a personalized, luxurious, amazing vacation...Tokoriki is your best bet. The diving was divine, the food was absolutely amazing, the snorkeling off the shore was fabulous, the bures were completely comfortable and private, and the guest services staff was absolutely the best. We are senior divers, and our dive staff was excellent. Will's Dive Shop responded to all of my pre-trip requests, and the dive staff provided us with personalized diving agendas. Save (pronounced Sah'-vey) made sure we were safe, comfortable, and that we had excellent new equipment for each of our dives. They worked with us to have a dive schedule/profile that we were very comfortable with. For many of our dives we had our own divemaster. The reefs are so healthy - you won't believe the colors of the coral - and we enjoyed morning diving and the afternoon snorkeling boat trips. My husband requested the larger tanks for our dives and the dive shop was able to provide him with those. You must see the giant clams!! We opted for the speedboat transfers to Tokoriki Island rather than the helicopter transfers. The food was amazing. The menus featured fresh island fare and the flavors were so good. I never knew I loved fresh carrot and turmeric breakfast juice! The infinity pool provided incredible sunset views. Our bure had a private plunge pool and a wonderful private outdoor shower. We loved the private hammock under the trees and our private path to the beach! The beds and pillows were perfect! If you are looking for the number one destination in the South Pacific, you are looking for Tokoriki Island Resort. You'll be greeted by name when you arrive, and you'll be greeted by name throughout your stay. Vincent was an excellent host, and the rest of the attendants provided all the personalized treatment we could have imagined. The entire resort has only 36 bures, so the resort never has more than 72 guests. We most highly recommend Tokoriki Island Resort, and we are already planning our next trip!

We loved immersing into the Fijian culture. Service is impeccable: kind, competent and joyful. The property is maintained with great care. The reefs are gorgeous with great color and many schools of colorful fish. Fijian music at arrival and at night was delightful. Guests are treated with the best attention and the staff knew our names. We felt loved and cared for—you arrive as strangers and leave as family. We are already talking about our return trip next year! Thank you to our Tokoriki!

I went with my mom for a birthday trip and I don’t even know how to explain how incredible this place was. We stayed in the beachfront pool villa and it was absolutely magnificent. The view, the design, the atmosphere, even the tiniest details were beautiful. You could tell that whoever designed this place cared about every single element. It didn’t feel generic or rushed. It felt intentional and peaceful. I brought my camera with me because I knew I’d want to remember everything. And honestly, pictures still didn’t do it justice. The room itself was something else. Waking up with the ocean right in front of us, the private pool, the comfort of the space, the way everything flowed was just next level. It was the kind of place that made you slow down and breathe. The food was unreal. Every meal we had was so good. The chef was genuinely the kindest person on earth. On our second night, he made something off the menu just for my mom, which was such a sweet gesture. You could feel the love in every part of the service, not just the food. They weren’t just doing their job. They wanted us to be happy. And they made sure we were. During teppanyaki dinner, they surprised me with a birthday cake. I didn’t expect that at all. They remembered it was my birthday without anyone needing to remind them. The night was already so fun, but that just made it feel even more special. They played games with everyone at the table and it got people talking and laughing. It made everything feel relaxed and warm. The staff at Tokoriki are something else. From the moment we arrived, they sang for us. They remembered our names. They treated us like actual people, not just customers passing through. Their kindness is something I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Even when they couldn’t help with something, they still tried. They always tried. That meant a lot. I also want to mention the spa. I didn’t realise I had to book in advance, and by the time I asked, they were fully booked. But they still managed to make room for me, even when it was full. That kind of effort and flexibility is rare. They didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience. They just quietly made it happen. The whole resort was stunning. The gardens, the walkways, the spa, the pool, the common areas! Everything was just so peaceful and well thought out. It never felt crowded. It felt personal. Like it was built for you. The only thing I really hope they improve is the Wi-Fi. There was Wi-Fi in the lobby, but not in our room, or at least not one we could access. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something I hope they change. Having Wi-Fi in the rooms would make a huge difference, especially for people who want to stay connected while relaxing. Other than that, everything was perfect. Tokoriki gave me the best birthday I could have asked for. I left feeling rested, cared for, and so, so thankful. I would absolutely go back.
